In August, it opened Hollywood Casino York as the state’s second mini-casino, and another, Hollywood Casino Morgantown, is to open by December in Berks County. Penn National owns another Pennsylvania racetrack-casino in Dauphin County: Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. Various festivities, including prize giveaways, will be held that day and throughout October to mark the change.
The nationally known gaming company that is headquartered in Pennsylvania announced that the Washington County property will officially become Hollywood Casino at The Meadows on Friday.
Penn National Gaming is renaming the Meadows Racetrack & Casino to align it with the Hollywood Casino brand already used at its two other Pennsylvania properties and for another one expected to open this year.
